DCM EMBA Metering & Control nv processes personal data in accordance with this privacy statement.
Processing purposes
DCM EMBA Metering & Control nv collects and processes personal data on customers for customer and order management (including customer administration, follow-up of orders/deliveries, invoicing, monitoring solvency, profiling and sending marketing and personalised advertising).
Legal basis for processing

DCM EMBA Metering & Control nv guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organisational measures for the protection of the personal data.

The personal data processed for customer management will be retained for the period required to comply with legal requirements (including for accounting purposes).
Right to view, correct, delete, restrict and object to personal data and their transferability
The customer has right at all times to view his/her personal data and can have them corrected if they are incorrect or incomplete, have them deleted, restrict their processing and object to the processing of the personal data concerning him/her based on article 6.1 (f), including profiling based on the provisions.
Moreover, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, customary and machine readable form) of his/her personal data and have the personal data forwarded to another company.
To be able to exercise the above-mentioned rights, the customer is requested to:
- update the settings of his/her customer account him/herself; and/or

Direct marketing
The customer has the right to object free of charge to any processing of his/her personal data for direct marketing purposes.
Complaint
The Customer has the right to submit a complaint to the Belgian Privacy Commission (Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels - commission@privacycommission.be).
