  • For Belgium only ISO17020 accredited bodies may carry out your periodic re-inspections in the relative field of application. DCM EMBA is BELAC-accredited with no. 560/INSP and is your partner now and for the future:
    • For the Netherlands: approved inspector no. 3736 for liquid measuring installations certified by NMI-Certin B.V.
    • For Belgium: accredited by the Metrological Department (FPS Economy) working according to ISO17020 type C and accredited by Belac with accreditation no. 560/INSP.
  • DCM EMBA has long been in possession of the required certificates, expertise and calibration/measuring installations for carrying out re-inspections on-site (with our calibration vehicles, parent meters and provers) or at our location in Waarloos (with our fixed calibration installation). 
  • We can re-inspect a number of meters during one and the same visit and make adjustments if required.
  • Our re-inspections are used for all sorts of liquid measuring installation such as depot meters, tankers, bunker boats, pipelines, trains and aircraft fuelling vehicles.

The customer must know that:


  • all information is treated confidentially but this information can be passed to third parties if required by law.
  • the customer will be informed about the information provided unless prohibited by law.
  • authorised (inter)national authorities have the right to view customer files (Belac, metrology, etc.).
  • the approvers (inspectors) can be accompanied by persons from the competent authorities.
