At our workplace in Waarloos (B) we can test your tanker for the issue of a Safe Loading Pass
A Safe Loading Pass is a certificate issued by an accredited approval body that demonstrates that the tanker has been inspected for safe loading by bottom loading.
More and more fuel depots require a tanker to have a Safe Loading Pass when coming to load at their location.
One can recognise the Safe Loading Pass, abbreviated to SLP, by the yellow sticker on the tanker.
Pressure test flexible hoses
You must have your flexible hoses approved each year according to the NPR5527 guidelines to demonstrate that your hoses are safe for use. We can test your flexible hoses at your site according to these guidelines. We take care of the full technical coordination of the tests and have testing material approved for this purposes. We can test both hoses assembled in your installation and separate flexible hoses.
We check the flexible hose at a higher test pressure for elongation, for torsion, any leaks and electrical conductivity. After each test an inspection report is drawn up for each flexible hose.
Detonator maintenance
We can maintain your detonation flame arrestors at your location. We take care of the full technical coordination of this maintenance. Our trained engineers carry out the maintenance while we can also provide an elevating platform and crane lorry with qualified driver for example.
Pressure tests on tankers
We can carry out a seal test on your tanker at our workplace in Waarloos (B).
A seal test involves checking your whole tanker for any leaks.
Then a certificate is issued by an accredited approval body that demonstrates that the tanker is free of leaks and can hence safely go out on the road with fuel.
